We have recently moved to Parkside and have had nothing but a positive experience. The number one priority of the school is the boys and this is apparent in all areas, academic progress and development, sporting achievements and the boys’ happiness and wellbeing. We were delighted to be able to make three Unconditional Offers to Parkside boys this year. Like the prep school at Parkside, Tonbridge specialises in the education of boys. We are academically selective and Parkside boys are well prepared for the academic rigour here. Similarly, boys from Parkside easily transition to the depth and breadth of co-curricular pursuits at Tonbridge, including music, sport and the creative arts. The intellectual curiosity and enjoyment of these activities is nurtured at Parkside and flourishes at Tonbridge as the boys reach their teens. 35 miles along the M25, we are not that far away either! We very much look forward to developing our relationship with Parkside in the years to come.

Holiday Camps

The Parkside community not only thrives during term time, the grounds and facilities are filled with the hustle and bustle of holiday school and clubs during the holidays as well.

Parkside Holiday School:

Parkside Holiday School is open for girls and boys aged 2-5 years attending Nursery or Reception, from 8.00am - 6.00pm during the school holidays. The Holiday School offers a structured holiday club which extends the Early Years Curriculum into the school holidays.

Art Camp

Art Camp invites young artists to get creative with a range of hands-on activities run by our very own Art teacher Mr Grace. Open to boys and girls Y3-Y8, Tuesday 27th, Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th May 2025.

Performing Arts

Join our Performing Arts Camp with our Head of Performing Arts, for an exciting mix of games, workshops, and fun-filled activities designed to build confidence and creativity! Summer dates Monday 14th - Friday 18th July - booking will be available after half term.

 

Sports Camp

A fun-filled holiday camp packed with football, games, multi-skills activities, and plenty of action in the Sports Hall! Open to boys and girls from Reception - Y6. Summer dates Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th July - booking will be available after half term.

 

STEM Camp

A fun, hands-on day of science and engineering activities designed to spark curiosity, develop investigative skills, and inspire young minds. Open to Parkside pupils and their siblings in Years 3 - Y6. More details and dates coming soon.

 

Aquademy Swimming:

Aquademy provide crash courses for swimming during the holidays in our on-site pool. They cater for all ages. May half term crash courses run from Tuesday 27th - Friday 30th May. To book, please email contactus@aquademysports.co.uk

AD Tennis Club:

Come and join in with holiday tennis sessions. They are an ideal way to try out tennis for the first time or get practising those tennis skills in a fun action-packed session.

  • All equipment provided
  • All coaches are LTA/PTR qualified and insured
  • Players with previous experience grouped accordingly
  • Discounts for 3 or more from the same family
  • Days can be booked across different weeks. Total booking of 5 days for the same child = Discounted weekly rate

During Half Term courses will be running Monday 26th, Wednesday 28th & Friday 30th May 2025.

Powerplay Cricket Clubs:

Powerplay Cricket Coaching (formerly PCA Cricket Coaching) is a comprehensive cricket coaching service provider. Our team of ECB qualified coaches deliver a range of products including holiday clubs.

During Half Term Powerplay cricket camp will be running from Tuesday 27th May to Friday 30th May. Bookings can be made via their website.

Chelsea Soccer Schools: 

Chelsea Soccer Schools run during the school holidays. They are a great chance for players of all abilities to develop their skills, keep fit and make new friends.

For those budding superstars who play regularly for a team, the Advanced Soccer Schools will provide a new level of challenge and all course types are the first step on our Player Pathway.
