The prep school is divided into a middle school (from age 7 – 10) and a senior element (aged 10+ – 13). Every boy is an individual and staff take the time to get to know that individual: what he cares about, what motivates him and what concerns him.
During the first two years, the boys are taught largely in their forms. Here, they develop their learning skills and become more independent and responsible in their approach to life.
At 10+, the boys move into the senior school where they begin working towards Common Entrance. As they mature and develop under the careful guidance of staff, they take more responsibility, becoming prefects in the final year and showing consideration for the younger boys.
