Parkside School has a large and flourishing Old Boys' Association, which was founded in 1951. The President of the Association is Mr. Michael Davis (MHD), whose father (ETD) was also a Headmaster before him. The current Headmaster, Mr. David Aylward is on the Old Boys' Committee along with one of the present governors, Mr. Miles Beeson. The Honorary Secretary for the Association is Mrs. Melanie Burgess, who has worked at Parkside since 1973!
The object of the Association, as stated in the minutes of the first Annual General meeting is "to promote any activities relating to Old Boys of the School keeping in touch with one another". With this in mind, every year we hold a Reunion Dinner at the School, which provides the ideal opportunity for Old Boys to catch up with their old school friends. The Reunion Dinner will be held on Friday 8th April 2011.
